What is the use of Atracurium Byselate 50 MG Atrapure Injection?
Atrapure Injection belongs to a group of medicines called muscle relaxants. It is used along with general anesthesia or sedatives to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgical procedures. It is also used to facilitate emergency airway management in patients in intensive care.
How Atrapure Injection is used?
Atrapure Injection is generally administered by a healthcare professional. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration will depend on how well you are taking it and how well it helps your symptoms.

The most common side effects of this medicine include skin flush, skin redness, and itching. It may also cause pain, redness, and swelling at the site of injection. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.
Dosage considerations
Use in children: The dosage in children over the age of 1 month is similar to that in adults on a basis, however, large individual variability in the neuromuscular response in pediatric patients indicates that neuromuscular monitoring is essential.
Use of neonates: The use of, is not recommended in neonates since there is insufficient data available (see section 5.1).
Use in the elderly: The standard dose of Atracurium may be used in elderly patients, however, it is recommended that the initial dose is at the lower end of the range and it should be administered slowly
Use in patients with reduced renal and/or hepatic function: Standard dosages may be used at all levels of renal or hepatic function, including end-stage failure.
Use in patients with cardiovascular disease: In patients with significant cardiovascular disease, the initial dose should be administered over a period of at least 60 seconds.
