Department of Health Abu Dhabi policy; SEHA Pharmacy runs consolidated procurement for Abu Dhabi government hospitals (Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Tawam, Mafraq, Al Ain). Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Shakhbout run parallel buying.

Can M Care ship directly to a UAE hospital?
No — a licensed UAE importer must be the consignee. We ship to the importer's bonded warehouse and they distribute onward to the hospital pharmacy, DHA store, SEHA central or private chain. We will introduce an importer on request if you do not have one appointed.
Which oncology molecules do you supply most often into the UAE?

How does MoHAP registration tie into tender participation?
Most DHA and SEHA oncology tenders require MoHAP registration on the molecule as a pre-qualification. We prepare the dossier in parallel with the first specials shipment where speed-to-market matters. Central GCC-DR is also an option if the molecule is a candidate for harmonised registration.
What's the typical cold-chain transit time?
Mumbai to Dubai door-to-door is 24-48 hours. Abu Dhabi adds 2-3 hours of road transit. Sharjah and the Northern Emirates are handled via Dubai. Passive shippers validated for 72-120 hours as safety margin.
Do you handle Arabic artwork?
Yes. Primary and secondary pack in Arabic and English to MoHAP style, Braille on secondary where required. Proofed before the regulator or the printer sees them.
Can you support a DHA or SEHA tender response?
Yes. Technical specification sample, CoA, legalised CoPP, manufacturer declaration, pricing — the full tender pack — assembled against the live registration file. Lead time on a tender response is typically 3-5 working days from brief to submission-ready pack.
