This notice explains how M Care ("we", "our", "the company") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information from visitors to mcareexports.com and people who get in touch with us by email, phone or our enquiry forms.
Who we are
M Care is a pharmaceutical export house with offices in London (United Kingdom), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Mumbai (India). Our trading activity is business-to-business, we supply hospitals, importers and tender desks, not individual consumers.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or email us directly, we collect: your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number (if you provide it), the country you are based in, and the contents of your enquiry. When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard log data including your IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
What we do with it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to negotiate and fulfil any subsequent commercial relationship, and to maintain our records of customer correspondence as required by applicable trade and tax law. Web log data is used to maintain site security and to understand aggregate visitor patterns. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and customer correspondence for as long as necessary for the commercial relationship and for the period required by applicable law (typically 6–10 years after the last transaction). Web log data is retained by our hosting provider in line with their published policies.
Your rights
If you are located in a jurisdiction with data-protection legislation (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, UAE PDPL and similar), you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected if inaccurate, and to ask for it to be deleted (subject to our legal retention obligations).
