Can M Care supply oncology drugs directly to an NHS trust?
No — UK licensed importers or WDA(H) holders must be the consignee. We ship to the importer or specials manufacturer, who releases to the NHS trust pharmacy. We will introduce an importer on request if you do not have one appointed.

MHRA Specials (Regulation 167 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012) allows unlicensed medicines to be supplied against a prescriber's request for an individual patient's clinical need. We prepare the manufacturer-side pack — CoA, CoPP, manufacturing licence, batch paperwork — so the UK specials importer completes the notification inside the MHRA 28-day window.
