Skyrizi (risankizumab) is an interleukin-23 antagonist licensed for plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and it travels as a 2-8 C biologic in pens, syringes, on-body injector cartridges and an intravenous induction vial.
M Care Exports supplies Skyrizi (risankizumab), the AbbVie originator interleukin-23 antibody, to hospital pharmacies, tender desks and licensed importers. We are a merchant exporter: we source Skyrizi through licensed distribution channels, move it on cold-chain validated lanes and quote per destination, not from our own manufacturing.

"I'm looking for Skyrizi for a hospital gastroenterology and dermatology formulary" is the way many of these enquiries open. M Care quotes Skyrizi by presentation: the 150 mg/mL pen or prefilled syringe for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, the 180 mg and 360 mg on-body injector cartridges for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis maintenance, and the 600 mg/10 mL vial for intravenous induction. Because the label sets different induction and maintenance products for the bowel indications, a tender that lists only the 150 mg pen will not cover a gastroenterology programme. We confirm which indications and presentations your specification needs, then align the dossier paperwork and cold-chain plan to the destination regulator. If your market needs a presentation we have not listed here, ask: the sourceable range is wider than any single page.

Interleukin-23 (IL-23) antagonist, humanised IgG1 monoclonal antibody, sourced and documented for export.
Risankizumab-rzaa is a humanised IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets the p19 subunit of interleukin-23. The US label (revised 10/2026) lists four indications: moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults and in paediatric patients from 6 years who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, active psoriatic arthritis in adults and from 6 years, moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in adults, and moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adults. The US presentations are a 150 mg/mL single-dose pen, a 150 mg/mL prefilled syringe, a 55 mg/0.37 mL prefilled syringe for children under 40 kg, a 180 mg/1.2 mL prefilled syringe, 180 mg/1.2 mL and 360 mg/2.4 mL prefilled cartridges for use with an on-body injector, and a 600 mg/10 mL (60 mg/mL) single-dose vial for intravenous infusion. The EU product information, held by AbbVie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG and first authorised on 26 April 2019, covers the 150 mg pen and syringe, 75 mg, 55 mg, 90 mg and 180 mg syringes, 180 mg and 360 mg cartridges and the 600 mg concentrate for infusion. Both labels require refrigeration at 2-8 C, protection from light and no freezing.

Hospital pharmacies, licensed importers and tender desks across our export markets.
India is our origin. We do not sell into the Indian market.
Buyers are hospital pharmacists running dermatology, rheumatology and gastroenterology biologic formularies, MoH and hospital tender desks that list IL-23 inhibitors by INN and brand, licensed importers and distributors holding a cold-chain licence, and private hospital groups in the GCC, Africa and the UK. "We need a partner for Skyrizi in our market" is typical of importers who want one source for the pen, the cartridge and the infusion vial, rather than three separate supply threads.
GCC registration routes
Supply against MoH registration held by your local licensed importer, or via the GCC central registration pathway.
UK unlicensed routes
Where no UK licence exists, the MHRA Specials and named-patient import routes cover clinically justified demand.
Tender desks
Bid-pack documentation assembled to the tender's specification, from CoPP to batch records.
Dossier support
CTD documentation from the sourcing manufacturer, compiled for your regulator's format.
What the dispensing pharmacist checks on risankizumab.
Skyrizi is three procurement problems under one brand. The psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis course is 150 mg subcutaneously at weeks 0 and 4, then every 12 weeks, and children under 40 kg take the 55 mg syringe. Crohn's disease induction is 600 mg by intravenous infusion over at least one hour at weeks 0, 4 and 8 (or 720 mg subcutaneously at weeks 0, 2, 4 and 8 under the US label), and ulcerative colitis induction is 1,200 mg by infusion over at least two hours, both followed by 180 mg or 360 mg subcutaneously from week 12 and every 8 weeks. The US label asks for liver enzymes and bilirubin before starting treatment for the bowel indications and advises against live vaccines. Diluted infusion bags may be held for 20 hours at 2-8 C protected from light, or up to 8 hours at room temperature, so plan the pharmacy compounding slot around the infusion chair. The EU labels allow an unopened pen or syringe up to 24 hours out of the fridge at a maximum of 25 C in the carton, which is a transit buffer, not a storage condition.
The documentation pack a regulator actually asks for.
Skyrizi is a biologic, so the supply chain is the product: 2-8 C from dispatch to the destination cold room, temperature records agreed for each shipment at quote stage, and no freezing. The EU shelf life is 2 years. M Care moves product on cold-chain validated lanes and prepares CTD or country-specific dossier paperwork for the destination regulator; registration status in a given GCC or African market is confirmed against that regulator at quote stage, not assumed. On the generic question, the labels we reviewed present Skyrizi only as the AbbVie product and name no biosimilar, but we did not check the FDA Purple Book or the EMA register for this page. Verify the current position there before you commit a tender strategy. We do not state a position for India that we could not source.

Risankizumab supply, the specific questions.
What is the Skyrizi price and cost for an importer?
M Care Exports does not publish a Skyrizi price, because the landed cost for an importer depends on the pack and strength, the quantity, whether the order is originator stock, the registration route in the destination market, cold-chain requirements, and the Incoterms. A pen carton, an on-body injector kit and an infusion vial are priced as different products. We quote per destination once we have your presentations, volumes and delivery terms, so send your specification through the contact page.
What is the generic name of Skyrizi, and is there a generic or biosimilar?
The generic name is risankizumab, and the US label uses the suffixed name risankizumab-rzaa. Skyrizi is a monoclonal antibody, so the question is about biosimilars, not chemical generics. The US and EU labels we reviewed present Skyrizi as an AbbVie product and name no biosimilar, but we did not check the FDA Purple Book or the EMA register for this page, so confirm the current position there. Tell us if your tender wants a biosimilar and we will source it if one is approved in your market.
Do you supply Skyrizi 150 mg, and which other strengths exist?
Yes. The 150 mg/mL single-dose pen and 150 mg/mL prefilled syringe are the standard presentations for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in adults. The US label also lists 55 mg/0.37 mL and 180 mg/1.2 mL syringes, 180 mg/1.2 mL and 360 mg/2.4 mL on-body injector cartridges, and a 600 mg/10 mL vial. The EU product information adds 75 mg and 90 mg syringes, and two 75 mg syringes make a 150 mg dose. We confirm which presentations are registered in your market before quoting.
Do you supply the Skyrizi infusion for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis?
Yes. Intravenous induction uses the 600 mg/10 mL (60 mg/mL) single-dose vial: 600 mg over at least one hour at weeks 0, 4 and 8 for Crohn's disease, and 1,200 mg over at least two hours at the same weeks for ulcerative colitis, per the US and EU labels. The vial needs dilution, and the diluted solution can be held for 20 hours at 2-8 C or up to 8 hours at room temperature, so your pharmacy needs a compounding plan. Maintenance moves to the 180 mg or 360 mg subcutaneous cartridge every 8 weeks.
Can I buy Skyrizi in the UAE, Nigeria or the UK through M Care?
M Care Exports supplies Skyrizi to licensed importers and hospital buyers in the GCC, Africa and the UK, with our commercial offices in London and Dubai. Whether Skyrizi is registered and which presentations are listed depends on the destination regulator, for example the EDE (Emirates Drug Establishment) in the UAE, NAFDAC in Nigeria or the MHRA in the UK, and we check that with you before quoting. We sell to licensed trade buyers, not to patients.
What is the Skyrizi dosing schedule for psoriasis?
For adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, the US and EU labels give 150 mg by subcutaneous injection at week 0, week 4 and every 12 weeks thereafter. Children from 6 years weighing under 40 kg take 55 mg on the same schedule, and those at 40 kg or more take 150 mg. A 12-week maintenance interval means roughly four maintenance doses a year per patient, which makes cold-chain stock planning predictable, so a tender can be sized by patient numbers and that interval.
