Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) is a CD20-directed antibody given as an intravenous infusion or a six-monthly subcutaneous injection for relapsing and primary progressive multiple sclerosis, and it is supplied as a refrigerated originator biologic with no generic on the market in the sources we checked.
M Care Exports supplies Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) to hospital pharmacies, tender desks and licensed importers: the 300 mg/10 mL intravenous concentrate and the 920 mg/23 mL subcutaneous vial that the Roche Group markets as Ocrevus Zunovo in the US and as Ocrevus 920 mg solution for injection in the EU and UK. Both are refrigerated, single-dose vials. The intravenous product is given as two starting infusions and then every six months, and the subcutaneous product is given every six months. M Care is a merchant exporter: we source originator Ocrevus through licensed distribution channels and quote per destination, not from our own manufacturing.
Ocrelizumab exporter and bulk supplier from India.
If you are looking for Ocrevus for a neurology service, a ministry of health tender or a named-patient programme, tell us which presentation you need: the 300 mg intravenous vial, which needs an infusion chair and a 250 mL or 500 mL bag, or the 920 mg subcutaneous vial, which needs a prepared syringe and a subcutaneous infusion set. We quote against pack, quantity and the registration route in your destination market, and we confirm cold-chain lane, batch documentation and shelf-life at dispatch before you commit. Brand-name ocrelizumab is the only form we have found in the US and EU sources, so most enquiries are for the originator rather than an INN generic.

CD20-directed cytolytic monoclonal antibody (anti-B-cell), sourced and documented for export.
Ocrelizumab is a humanised monoclonal antibody that targets CD20 on B cells. The US label describes it as a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody. It is indicated in adults for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease and active secondary progressive disease, and for primary progressive multiple sclerosis. The US intravenous label also covers relapsing-remitting MS in children aged 10 years and older who weigh 25 kg or more, and the EU intravenous SmPC covers adult and paediatric patients aged 10 years and older. Intravenous dosing in adults is two 300 mg infusions two weeks apart, then 600 mg every six months. The subcutaneous presentation is a single 23 mL injection of 920 mg every six months, given in the abdomen in the US label. In the US the intravenous product is Ocrevus and the subcutaneous product is Ocrevus Zunovo, which adds 23,000 units of human recombinant hyaluronidase. Both are sold by Genentech in the US, a member of the Roche Group.
Active ingredient

Hospital pharmacies, licensed importers and tender desks across our export markets.
India is our origin. We do not sell into the Indian market.
Buyers for Ocrevus are mainly hospital pharmacists at neurology and MS centres, ministry of health and government hospital tender desks, licensed pharmaceutical importers and distributors, and named-patient programme managers in the GCC, Africa and the UK. The EU SmPC says treatment should be started and supervised by specialised physicians experienced in neurological conditions, so purchasing usually sits with tertiary hospitals and neurology institutes rather than community pharmacies. Many enquiries we expect are phrased as "We need a partner for Ocrevus supply to a specific hospital" because a six-monthly biologic is bought per patient list, not on a shelf-stock basis.
GCC registration routes
Supply against MoH registration held by your local licensed importer, or via the GCC central registration pathway.
UK unlicensed routes
Where no UK licence exists, the MHRA Specials and named-patient import routes cover clinically justified demand.
Tender desks
Bid-pack documentation assembled to the tender's specification, from CoPP to batch records.
Dossier support
CTD documentation from the sourcing manufacturer, compiled for your regulator's format.
What the dispensing pharmacist checks on ocrelizumab.
The two presentations are not interchangeable at the bedside, and the US Zunovo label tells staff to check vial labels so the subcutaneous product is not confused with intravenous ocrelizumab. The intravenous vial must be diluted into a 250 mL or 500 mL bag, with the US label reporting no incompatibility with PVC or polyolefin bags and requiring an infusion set with a 0.2 or 0.22 micron in-line filter. The subcutaneous vial is used undiluted, drawn into a syringe and given through a subcutaneous infusion set, and the US label states the set's priming volume must not exceed 0.8 mL. Premedication differs too: intravenous infusions need methylprednisolone about 30 minutes beforehand plus an antihistamine, while the US Zunovo label calls for oral dexamethasone or equivalent and an antihistamine at least 30 minutes before each injection. Observation is at least one hour after an infusion, and for the subcutaneous product one hour after the first injection and 15 minutes after later ones. Screen for hepatitis B before the first dose, because active infection is a US contraindication, and obtain liver tests and serum immunoglobulins. Vials sit at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius in the carton, away from light, and must not be frozen or shaken. The US and EU texts give different in-use hold times for prepared subcutaneous syringes, so pharmacy should follow the label of the product registered in its market.
The documentation pack a regulator actually asks for.
Ocrevus is a refrigerated biologic, so M Care ships it on validated 2 to 8 degrees Celsius lanes with temperature records, and we do not treat it as an ambient product. The EU SmPC gives an unopened-vial shelf life of 2 years for both presentations, and allows an unopened subcutaneous vial up to 12 hours in total outside the refrigerator at up to 25 degrees Celsius. Regulatory status varies by market. The EU intravenous product was authorised on 8 January 2018 to Roche Registration GmbH, and the UK subcutaneous product carries a Roche Products Limited licence first granted on 9 July 2024. The Egyptian Drug Authority has published a public assessment report for Ocrevus 920 mg solution for injection. For markets where Ocrevus is not yet registered, the route is usually a named-patient or special-import application, which we support with batch documentation. M Care does not hold the marketing authorisation, and import-side licences sit with the buyer or the importing partner.

Ocrelizumab supply, the specific questions.
What is the Ocrevus price in the UAE, and how do you quote it?
We do not publish a figure, because the landed price of Ocrevus depends on inputs that change per order. These are the presentation (300 mg intravenous or 920 mg subcutaneous), the number of vials, whether the product is the originator or any later alternative, the destination's registration or named-patient route, cold-chain handling and the Incoterms you choose. M Care Exports quotes per destination, so send the presentation, annual patient numbers and your importer details and we will return a quote built on those inputs.
What is the difference between Ocrevus Zunovo and Ocrevus?
Ocrevus is the intravenous product: 300 mg/10 mL vials diluted into a bag, with 600 mg given every six months after two 300 mg starting infusions. Ocrevus Zunovo is the US name for the subcutaneous product, a 23 mL injection containing 920 mg ocrelizumab and 23,000 units of hyaluronidase, given in the abdomen over about 10 minutes every six months. In the EU and UK the subcutaneous vial is sold as Ocrevus 920 mg solution for injection. We can supply either, and we confirm which one your hospital and regulator expect before quoting.
How is the Ocrevus infusion given, and how long does it take?
In adults, the US label gives two 300 mg infusions in 250 mL two weeks apart, each lasting 2.5 hours or longer, then 600 mg in 500 mL every six months. That later infusion lasts 3.5 hours or longer, or 2 hours or longer under the label's shorter option for patients with no prior serious infusion reaction. Patients receive methylprednisolone and an antihistamine beforehand and are observed for at least one hour after each infusion. Plan chair time and pharmacy preparation around those durations.
Is there a generic or biosimilar of Ocrevus in the US, EU or India?
In the US labels and EMA product information we reviewed, Ocrevus appears only as Roche's originator product, and those documents do not describe any ocrelizumab generic or biosimilar. We have not confirmed the position in India from a regulator source, so we do not claim one. If your tender allows alternatives, tell us and we will check status again at quotation.
Does Ocrevus need cold-chain shipping?
Yes. Both vials are stored at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius in the original carton, protected from light, and must not be frozen. The US Zunovo label and the EU subcutaneous SmPC permit an unopened subcutaneous vial up to 12 hours in total outside the refrigerator at up to 25 degrees Celsius. The intravenous vial texts we reviewed give no such allowance. M Care ships on validated refrigerated lanes and shares temperature records with each consignment. Receiving stores should check the logger before accepting the shipment.
Which markets have Ocrevus registered, and what if mine does not?
The EU and UK licences are confirmed in the EMA and emc product information, and the Egyptian Drug Authority has published an assessment of the 920 mg subcutaneous product. We have not confirmed status in every GCC or African market, so we check each regulator at quotation. Where Ocrevus is not registered, a named-patient or special-import route is the usual path, and we supply documents for it.
