Trametinib Tablet are prescription medicines that can be used in combination to treat people with a type of skin cancer called melanoma.

Common Side effects of the Trametinib Tablet.

The most common side effects of this medicine Trametinib Tablet include fatigue, fever, bone pain, muscle cramp, and diarrhea. This medicine may reduce the number of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood, thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with heart, liver, and blood uric acid levels.

How It Works:

It may cause serious bleeding, especially in your stomach or brain. Inform your doctor if you get headaches, stomach pain or if you notice blood in your urine or stools.
Get regular eye examinations while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get eye irritation, blurred vision, eye pain or other vision changes during your treatment.
Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms of liver damage such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, darkened urine or yellowing of the eyes or skin.

Trametinib is used alone or in combination with another medicines to treat a type of skin cancer called melanoma.
Take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
Use a reliable barrier contraceptive method such as condoms to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for 4 months after you stop taking it.
